Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-In: 4pm. There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, we will email you the door code, which we will resend a week before your stay.
  • Check-Out: 10am.
  • No check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.

Property Access

  • There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin using the emailed door code.
  • The game area is located on the screened-in porch, accessible from the living room.
  • Guests can access a catch & release pond just a short walk from the cabin.

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 21 years.

    • Damage Coverage: This covers you up to the amount that you paid for your damage fee on unintentional accidents to the property (any damages that exceed the damage fee, intentional or unintentional, will be charged to the credit card on file).
